Service Cycle is a top quality, full service bicycle repair facility founded and operated by me, Jonathan Weekes. With over 30 years of experience working in the bicycle industry as a bicycle shop manager, service department manager and professional bicycle mechanic; I have the depth of knowledge needed to service bicycles of all levels and all vintages. Starting my shop career as the end of the steel lugged road bike era transitioned into the MTB boom years; my experience is rooted in the foundations of modern bicycle technologies with a strong nod to vintage equipment and traditions. It's with that throwback mindset that Service Cycle was created. 'I strive to achieve quality one-on-one bicycle service for Connecticut cyclists. I want to be YOUR personal mechanic.'

One of the foundational concepts of Service Cycle is to provide direct service to the customer. Your time is valuable. Loading your bicycle into/onto the car, driving it to a shop for repair, drop off, waiting a week (more?), then going back for pick up . . . it all takes a lot of your valuable time. Time you should be spending riding. Service Cycle aims to remove to hassles of transporting your bicycle to a shop by bringing the shop to you. I offer pick-up and drop-off service for most repairs, I do all the driving. Pick up and drop off can be arranged for your convenience. Mornings before work or evenings are no problem.
