Please note: You are booking a time for the bicycle to be picked up for service. This is a time you will be available for a short visit with the mechanic when they arrive to pick up your bicycle(s). The mechanic will give a quick assessment to determine if any parts are needed and give an expected date for return of the bicycle. Our goal is to return all routine service back to customers within 3 days and complete more complex repairs within a 7 day window. Once we are up and running and are more familiar with the needs of our customers; we will be adding more 'on-site' service options.
